General Information & Terms of Sale
You are bidding to BUY this vehicle. Please bid carefully. By bidding you are entering into a legally binding contract. We will enforce our rights if you, as the successful bidder, fail to complete the transaction.
- Inflowtech Motors, Inc. is a California DMV licensed and bonded automotive dealership based in South San Francisco, California. Buying through a licensed dealer gives you as a consumer certain rights, and ensures your protection from title fraud and other problems encountered in private party automotive transactions. In addition, you may also qualify for lower interest rates by purchasing through a dealership. We reserve the right to sell this vehicle locally prior to the end of any advertisement or listing. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
- Cars may be demonstrated and/or test-driven on a regular basis and therefore may have more mileage upon delivery than indicated in original listings.
- All transactions are subject to a Document/Preparation fee of $65. California residents will be responsible for applicable sales tax and any licensing and/or title fees. Non-California residents wishing to drive their new vehicle prior to registering it in their home states will be responsible for a one way temporary permit fee they would obtain from California DMV and applicable local taxes. All taxes and license fees will need to be paid by the buyer when the vehicle is registered in their home state. All state taxes and motor vehicle-related fees are administered by each state individually, are not included in the price of the vehicle, and are non-negotiable.
- Most vehicle titles held on the premises. If not currently in our office, it may take up to 30 days to receive one.
- Although we make every attempt to deliver our vehicles with a full set of keys, key fobs, books, floor mats, manuals, etc., we cannot guarantee that a pre-owned vehicle will have all of these items. Most of them can be ordered at a minimum cost in addition to the price of the vehicle, if you desire to do so. The substantial reduction in price between new and pre-owned vehicles reflects in part the chance that these items might be missing.
- We will accept the following forms of payment only: bank to bank wire transfer (preferred) or cashier’s check (which will have to be verified during business banking hours). Credit Cards, Personal, E-Loan, or company checks will NOT be accepted.
-Deposit of $1000 must be made within 2 business days of close of auction. All other monies must be received within 7 working days of close of auction. All financial transactions must be completed prior to delivery of vehicle.
- Although we make every attempt to accurately describe our vehicles, it is not possible to go into enough detail to satisfy some buyers. Our vehicles are all carefully selected, fully detailed, and reconditioned (if needed) prior to delivery. We are proud of our vehicles, and they all represent something we would drive ourselves. As our vehicles are pre-owned and driven and therefore have been subject to normal wear and tear. Please do not rely on our descriptions only. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to confirm all vehicle options, accessories,modifications, condition, factory paint codes, etc. with the vehicle manufacturer or a third party inspection service. Inflowtech Motors encourages third party vehicle inspections and can assist with this process within reason. We will not be held responsible for any claims after delivery of a vehicle due to this inspection opportunity.
- Vehicles may be picked up locally or shipped at the buyer’s expense. At your request, Inflowtech Motors can coordinate the transportation of your newly purchased vehicle. There are many quality carriers available at a reasonable cost. As we are not the responsible party for loading, unloading, or driving the truck, Inflowtech Motors will not be held liable for any claims arising from vehicle shipping, delays, or damage incurred while in transit. All claims are between the buyer and the shipping company.
- Unless otherwise stated, all vehicles are sold “As Is” with no warranty. Remaining manufacturer’s coverage may exist or an extended warranty/service contract may be available.
- All vehicles are sold in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising from a vehicle transaction shall be settled in accordance with the laws of California, and will be tried in San Mateo County, California regardless of whether the vehicle was picked up in our showroom or delivered to your door.
- Do not assume anything. If you have any questions or concerns, just ask us.
